Risk mitigation
We employ risk mitigation strategies for material and labour supply where necessary such as pre-ordering, holding materials on and off-site, call-offs and fully coordinated programming to secure and ensure in-sequence resources are available and contracted. We seek out design coordination issues early and look for clashes to resolve ahead of construction limiting your risk of significant variations in the build works. We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to find and eliminate potential clashes. We are focused on delivering your project for the best price, within an achievable programme and to the standards of quality you expect.
